Hi,

 

I've just changed a black cartridge in my HP6000 Envy series printer, and tried to print when I do it only prints part of the black content. 

 I've tried aligning printheads which the print comes out at about 70% correct.

 

So I've tried re aligning the print heads, and it initially tells me to fix the printer problem & retry, (yeah that's what I'm trying to do), it then tells me to wait for the print job to finish & then retry, the problem is there are no print jobs waiting.

 Banging my head against a brick wall going round in circles. Can anyone help?
