Cleaned printhead and still see lines

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 6975
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cyan cartridge was not working at all.  Cleaned printhead cartridges 4 times and got much improvement but still seeing lines in the color printing.
