Hi @DT132, I see you were interacting with @Kuroi_Kenshi however, he's away for now and I'd love to help you out!

Thanks for the update—and got it, you’re using the HP Envy Pro 6432.

It sounds frustrating—trying to clean the print heads and hitting a subscription wall, especially with fresh HP cartridges installed. Let’s clear the air.

Since you’ve cancelled Instant Ink, the printer might still be trying to connect to that service. First, make sure the printer is fully disconnected from Instant Ink:

Log in to your HP Instant Ink account and remove the printer.

On the printer itself, reset the network settings (from the control panel: Settings > Restore Network Defaults).

Restart your printer and computer.

Now try this to clean the print heads:

Open the HP Smart app (or go to the Embedded Web Server via your printer’s IP).

Go to Printer Reports > Tools and select Clean Printhead.

Let the process hum along—you might hear some clicking and whirring as it works.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
