Microsoft Windows 11

Color LaserJet CP2025 Colors off - Red Prints as Orange.

Black, cyan, yellow, and magenta are okay.

Red prints as orange.

Green prints as lime.

Blue looks okay.

Is there a way to adjust this?

If so, how?

Print the supplies status page and post it here.

Sorry to take so long. Finally figured out the best way was to use the web interface and screen shot.

These are fairly new carts. I can't afford HP carts. These are generics from TonerRefillKits.com.

No web access, print it from the printer. MENU - REPORTS - SUPPLIES STAUS PAGE

I have printed it out. It is identical to the post above from the web interface. I have no way of posting a "readable" version of the printed page. Thank you.

So on the printer report, red is print red or red is printer orange?

Red is printed as orange. Green is printed as light green.

Did you want the diagnostic report rather than the supplies report?

They are attached. Poor lighting. Perspective correction applied. Cropped. Rotated.Diagnostic page 1Diagnostic page 1Diagnostic page 2Diagnostic page 2

Actual colors are somewhat lighter in tone.

Problem cannot be corrected with print density controls. I can fix the red, but other colors, particularly gray are then incorrect.

Thank you.

That is a sign of dirty mirrors in laser. An laser beam is reflected from the mirrors, and with time, these mirrors get a coat of dust that prevents a strong laser beam. Laser must be cleaned that will fix it like 99%
