HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

I have been printing glossy labels for my company and suddenly the print quality is awful.  I have changed the cartridges, checked for driver updates.  The color resolution is 600 - is there a way to improve the quality? It doesn't matter if I print from MSWord or another application.  I have run the cleaning and align tools many times.  I have tried various paper types.  Please help! I  will be in the market for another printer, and it won't be a HP if I can't get some answers.

Can you post a sample? There are a few things to think about:

- what is the status of the cartridges? what does the supplies status page show as remaining toner for each color?

- Are these OEM or 3rd party cartridges?

- Does the light color affect all colors?

- Is the printer plugged directly into the wall?

- Have you had any power failures recently?

- Any updates on your computer that might a caused your driver to be replaced by a generic Microsoft driver?
