my color print will not print in color,  i changed the cartridges but i can't  i print in color.

If your HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-In-One Printer is not printing in color after you've replaced the cartridges, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take.

 

  • Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the color cartridges are correctly installed. Make sure they are securely in place and that you have removed any protective tape or covers.
  • Printer Settings: Verify that your print settings are configured to print in color. When you go to print a document, check the print settings in the application you're using and confirm that the color option is selected.
  • Driver Settings: Ensure that you have the correct and up-to-date printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit the official HP website to download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Print Test Page: Print a test page directly from the printer. This can often be done through the printer's control panel. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
  • Color Ink Levels: Check the ink levels for the color cartridges. If the ink levels are low or depleted, replace the cartridges with new ones. Some printers may not print in color if one of the color cartridges is empty.
  • Clean Print Heads: Use the printer's maintenance or cleaning function to clean the print heads. This can be done through the printer software on your computer or directly on the printer's control panel.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve printing issues. Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your printer firmware is up-to-date. Check for any available software or firmware updates on the HP support website.
  • Use Genuine Cartridges: Ensure that you are using genuine HP ink cartridges. Using third-party or counterfeit cartridges may cause printing issues.
