Has anyone found a solution to their MPF M283FDW not pricing magenta or any single color? I've done all of the maintenance steps, cleaning , aligning, etc.... I even installed a new toner which showed 100% but there was no color on the puppy status page just like above. Please help before I trash this thing! My printer gets light use and I haven't even expended the original toners yet.

I understand you are facing an issue with your printer, especially when you've already tried various troubleshooting steps. Since you've performed maintenance tasks like cleaning and aligning, as well as installing a new toner, and the issue persists, there might be a few other things to consider:

 

Check Toner Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the toner cartridge for magenta is properly installed. Sometimes, improper installation can lead to color printing issues.

Firmware Update: Check if there's any firmware update available for your printer. Sometimes, firmware updates can fix bugs or compatibility issues that might be causing the problem. Update the firmware on an HP printer

Printer Settings: Double-check the printer settings to ensure that color printing is enabled and that the settings match the document you're trying to print.
