Hello,

 

I have just purchased a new M283fdw color laserjet which showed 9 print impressions at startup.  I ran the HP demo page and I am getting smudging of the blue HP logo in the bottom right hand corner.  On another test, I had a solid black block also show smudging.  Do I have a defective toner cartridge?
