Colorjet M283fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased Colorjet M281fdw in 02/2020.  The color seemed to be fading so I bought all new toner from HP but that did not help.  In 10/2020, HP replaced my printer under warranty - since M281fdw was not available they sent M283fdw.  It worked fine for a couple months.  Last month I tried printing and the color again is off.  After troubleshooting chat with HP, they sent me new toner (black, yellow, cyan and magenta).  I installed new toner and no improvement.  Colors are all faded.  It looks like printer is printing in Pastel, nothing is vibrant.  I have tried all usual step, reset printer, reinstall drivers from HP, color calibration, printhead cleaning, etc.  Nothing helps.    Color is also off when copying a page directly from printer, but pages scanned to PDF are correct. I have scanned printed pages to document the issue,
