Product: HP Officejet Pro X476

Magenta has still enough color, but according to the test print it no longer prints every part in magenta, black seems to have also a small problem. What could be the reason? I have already run all the cleaning programs. I find it a bit strange that the color difference occurs absolutely abruptly.

Is it a known problem with the duplex unit? Could a replacement fix the problem?
