Solved!

Colour Cartridge failed with communication error after 15 pages

Cartridge has failed after completing print run. Cleaned cartridge & printer as advised in fault finding list.

Require new colour cartridge, am Instant Ink customer. Unable to contact HP as they are closed according to “intelligent help bot”. How do you contact HP for new cartridge, anyone have an email address?
