I've attempted to print some things off today and my printer was working fine earlier and is connected to the internet, however now it is saying there is a error with the tri colour ink cartridge despite it having plenty of ink in there to operate. I have removed it and tried to clean it according to HP guidelines and still comes up with the error message.
I'm unsure of what to do as i cannot seem to order another one through instant ink
