Clean the Printhead: Use the HP Smart app to clean the printhead, which can help fix many print quality issues, including incorrect colors.

 

Print Quality Diagnostic: Run a print quality diagnostic from the printer's settings menu. This can help identify and fix any issues.
 

Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

 

Check for Blockages: Sometimes, dried ink or debris can block the printhead. Carefully clean the printhead and the area around it.
