Product: hpEnvy 5055 All-in-One printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I changed the tri-color catridge HP65. I did the alignment, printed the alignment page. Printing  a text page in B/W worked fine. When I tried to copy a page in B/W or in color, however, the page comes out green! I ran the print quality diagnostics so I then cleaned the cartridges. Nothing has worked. If you have any advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Mahalo!
