I'm sorry you're dealing with this issue—it can be frustrating when your printer doesn’t output in the correct color.

 

  • Have you recently replaced or refilled your color ink cartridges, and are they showing as full or installed correctly?
  • Are you printing from a specific software or application, or using the printer's built-in copy function?
  • Have you tried running a printer diagnostic or cleaning the printhead to see if that resolves any issues with the color cartridges?

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
