Thank you very much for your advice. I will try replacing the belt with a new one or cleaning it as suggested in the video. I will let you know how it goes. If you have additional tips or anything else I should be mindful of, please let me know. Thanks again!

I cleaned the printer belt, and it worked fine for a few pages, but the issue has returned. Should I replace the belt with a new one?

 

HP Recommended

Did you disassemble belt and cleaned it? If not do it, you need to clean the rubber blade that wipes the belt. In worst case you will buy a new belt.
