My printer is HP Officejet Pro 8710, bought and used in Mexico, no moved to the United States, here i cannot find the 954, after research i need to use the 952. For whatever HP Reasons the Printer does not accept it and says that the cartridge is invalvid, cannot print and have no soltuion.

After more time and research we found out that a country or region change need to be done . Serial Number isCN61KB4087. Please fast and easy help since pateince level goes down and there are other printer manufacturers who change not just 1 digit per country to make it difficult for customers. I expect a refund or gift cards for invested time, or a billing adress for invoicing the invested hours since HP is not public announcing that and makes it after pro active resarch just possible to change the country

I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers. 

If this does not work, we cannot re-attempt it as it may brick the printer

 

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
