I would like to file a complaint against HP itself and its useless support. I bought a printer, took forever to setup because nothing worked as it was supposed to but that wasnt the issue. The ink cartidges are full but just wont print!!!! Why exactly? NO ONE can give me an explanation. I try to subscribe to the instant ink situation and guess what this also doesnt work. Because somehow my account is Registered to USA. I have nothing to do with USA! I am in an entirely different country and continent all together! And I cant change the country in my account because that doesnt make sense to people in HP apparently. You just have to create a new account with a new email and everything! How does this make sense?? I then ask support to kindly eliminate my account altogether because its seems like its good for nothing but apparently they cannot eliminate my account and the information on it... How does that comply with any privacy law in any country!
