You are not HP support, I agree.

You are working for HP to try to manage the conversations on the community chat line.

I am quiet aware that this rant will do nothing for my benefit, however, I am here to advise the community of the appalling service HP provide.

I will continue to do so on every media channel I can.

The printer is not fit for purpose, as it was sold, ie connected to te system so that you never run out of ink.

Why would I possibly stop my monthly payment, as this would let HP off the hook.

At best, this is false/misleading advertising, or simply fraud.
