Product: HP 8020

My print cartridge 910 Cyan stopped printing 'mysteriously' after I canceled my HP Print subscription. I have followed every step of every recommendation I have found to no avail. Because this problem has occurred since 2021 (Community input) this is not a user error or printer problem but an HP problem. What is truly being done to rectify this problem?
