Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Cyan & Yellow color stopped printing after print head cleaning.

 

The print quality page showed a few lines in the 03 color blocks. Cleaned the print heads through the HP app. Thereafter Cyan color stopped printing. Did another round of print head cleaning through the HP app, then yellow color also stopped printing
