HP Office Jet Pro 6960

Ever since there was a fault with the Cyan cartridges last year, the replacements don't work either. I asked for two cyan replacement but one cyan and one yellow was received.  I took out the faulty one and sent it for recycling and then the replacement started not to work.  Anyone else had the same issue? What is the solution?

Are you getting any error messages regarding the cyan cartridges?

 

If the replacement cartridges still do not work, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
