Product: HP 6830

Hi - I have an HP Officejet Pro 6830 and the cyan cartridge isn't working - does anyone have any advice. I've cleaned it multiple times and changed the cartidge. HELP pls!! Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If you've tried multiple cyan cartridges, I would then recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
