I got an email saying there was a problem with my cyan cartridge and they were sending me a new one.  I installed the new one but it won't print at all.  I cleaned the printhead, fixed the alignment, unplugged and printer and plugged it back in, etc etc and nothing works.  I checked the cartridge to make sure it was "vented."  Etc. etc. but nothing works.

Thank you. I went to HP's webpage and after "chatting" with a robot for awhile I got connected with a very helpful human being named AJ who determined that yes, I was eligible for a new printer. - which arrived two days later!  I'm a happy camper.
