Cyan color not printing - even after new cartridge installed - and printer alignment failing

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having issues with the cyan cartridge. The printer is not printing blue. I have replaced the print cartridge (and it shows full and ready), and I have run alignment multiple times but it keeps failing. I have tried cleaning printhead 3x (and up to the next level), but still not blue color coming out.  I have also reset factory settings. And I have tried the power cycling, where I turn off printer for a few minutes.

 

What do I do?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink is Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
