My Cyan cartridge prints pink instead of blue. I just changed all of my instant ink cartridges, so they are all at full capacity. 

 

Of course my printer is out of warranty by 2 months, and I can't get through to speak with a live person. Please advise what to do next. Thank you to anyone that can help!

I'd first suggest you follow the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues to isolate and resolve the issue.
