Cyan color not printing

HP Pro 6830 e all in one
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The cyan color is not printing.  I've cleaned the print head through 3 levels 3 times.  I inserted a new ink cartridge.  Nothing is working.  Printer shows no errors and ink supplies are good.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I understand you are unable to print in color, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you able to make color copies from the printer?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
