My 902 Cyan cartridge quit working.  Was installed a week ago and has stopped printing.  How can I get a waranty replacement?

The printhead in this printer is not replaceable.

 

I’d recommend you contact Phone Support in your region regarding service/ upgrade options for your printer.

I'd like to help.

 

You may try the steps in the document to resolve the print quality issue -No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

 

I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for replacement options.

 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thanks Jay for the response.  I had the supplier give me an exchange.  I wasn't sure if this was the same issue as before with the yellow cartridges back a few months ago.

No it isn't.  I installed the new one and still the same issue.  Thought it might be a printhead but cannot find a part # for it.  Not even sure if it exists.  Purchsed the printer in 2018.
