Cyan not printing, puddle of ink

After attempting to clean the printhead multiple times and using multiple ink cartridges, my cyan refuses to print. I’ve also tried resetting the printer. Upon closer inspection, I found a puddle of ink inside the printer where the printhead rest when not in use.

Also, my warranty runs out in 19 days.  I have got no response from any support so far.
