I noticed when I went to print something in color that it wasn't coming out right so I ran the printer diagnostics to see if I could find out what the problem is. When I check the cartridge status, it says the color cartridge is about half full, but when I clean the heads, the test page shows the Cyan box is blank. This has happened before, so I've just bitten the bullet and bought another cartridge, but they aren't inexpensive, so I'd really like to get this solved.
