My cyan print cartridge has stopped printing. The magenta, yellow, and black cartridges work fine. The cyan ink cartridges have all be full (80% or better). HP has sent me 3 replacements. None of them have worked. I have run all the print reports and diagnostic tools on the printer (HP Office Jet Pro 6830). I've done the printer head alignment, print cleaner, print quality diagnostic page. Nothing I have done has fixed or even improved the problem with the cyan print cartridge. Do I have to give up and get a new printer?
