Cyan print cartridge, new out of the box, and the printer panel reads the cartridge is defective

Cyan print cartridge reads as defective, and this is brand new out of the box, I have tried 2 new ones

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

My Cyan cartridge is new in that I received it recently and installed it according to the directions that I should.  Since then no Cyan is printing and I had sent back the old cartridge which was working fine.
