Product: HP8028
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Changed cyan and magenta ink cartridges.  They had been out for a couple of weeks, but I was mostly printing in black and white.  After installing new ink, the cyan isn't working.  I've cleaned printheads multiple times, reseated the cartridges, and done a print alignment.  The Magenta shows up on the test print, but cyan does not.  Is there a way to fix this?
