IM HAVING A DELIVERY PROBLEM FOR AN HP INK CARTRIDGE ORDERED ONLINE AND I CANT USE MY PRINTER WITHOUT THE CARTRIDGE EVEN THOUGH ITS A COLOR CARTRIDGE AND I WANT TO PRINT BLACK AND WHITE

To assist you better, kindly elaborate on the issue.

Are you getting any errors with this ink cartridge?

If yes, perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

This printer needs to have all 4 ink cartridges installed with a good level of ink for you to either print in black or color. You cannot print if any one of the ink cartridges is missing or low.
