I keep getting the same error when replacing the ink cartridge that says the cartridge is damaged. It looks like this question has been asked many times, but I cannot find an actual answer and cannot find a human to ask. Does anyone have any idea? I even purchased another set of ink cartridges and they are saying the same thing.
