Recently replaced the original cartridges in our new 8025 printer, only to find none of them work. The black ink is touch and go but fading. Went through aligning, printer maintenance commands, and the HP virtual assistant, to no avail. Staples, where we purchased, said the HP 910 cartridges had a recall. Continued as a faithful HP customers, having bought entire HP set-up this summer; printer, tower, and monitor. No issues until now, but replacing defective ink should not be such a process. Suggestions? 😞
