Defective Cyan 935 ink cartridge in-warranty leads to impossible support loop and no replacement!!

I recently purchased a 3-pack of color replacement cartridges #935 for my HP Officejet 6815 printer. It is out of warranty. The Yellow & Magenta cartridges worked fine but the Cyan cartridge was continuously rejected with a "unauthorized cartridge" message and the printer would not print. The cartridge product number is HPC2P20A with an expiration date of 2022/06/02. Today I purchased a Cyan cartridge by itself and it installed fine. ALL links to HP's in-warranty cartridge replacement DO NOT WORK and I can't afford to spin in circles all day because HP hopes I will surrender in frustration. Have never had this problem before; What gives? Ink is expensive and I won't ditch because of a glitch or HP's suddenly lousy service. THANKS! ~ Julie

I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for assistance

 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.Jules35

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

If youJules35 are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Some Progress!  Now it's telling me that I qualify for a replacement Cyan cartridge and to enter my address information but no such screen appears (Edge browser).  Instead it sends me back to start (again) and another infinite loop!  Content pasted below:
