I installed a replacement tri-colour cartridge on our printer, but after many alignments and third-level cleans, it refused to print any blue ink. I removed the cartridge and cleaned its printing nozzles using the advice from the HP website, but this did not help. The pack says the cartridge is under warranty ending June 2024, so it should work. The printer is no longer under warranty, but this should not matter, the previous and next cartridges worked, so it is only this cartridge at fault, and I want a warranty replacement. 

Your support website only lets me start a claim using a serial number, but none of the visible numbers on the cartridge or its packaging are accepted by the website, and the auto support agent goes round in circles asking irrelevant questions. Please get a human being to contact me for a replacement.
