I just inserted a brand new HP ink cartridge in my printer and it gives me an error message and constantly tells me to reinsert the ink cartridge. I went to the help forum and tried all the standard tricks (updating firmware, cleaning cartridge and printer, etc) and it still gives me the same error message. When I put the old cartridge back in, the error message goes away. Seems clear that this ink cartridge is defective, how do I go about getting a replacement?

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
