I purchased an HP printer and cartridges at Walmart. The printer said the ink cartridges were defective. I tried to return them to Walmart but they said they don’t accept returns of ink cartridges after they are opened. I tried to explain that I wouldn’t have known they were defective unless I opened them. Store policy is they don’t accept returns. I just want replacement for the defective cartridges. How do I get them replaced?
