Product: HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased original Hp combo color and black ink pack and when I went to install black ink the printer said it’s an incompatible cartridge though it is the 61.  I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting, made sure it had the latest firmware with no change.  The cartridge is defective but I can’t find a contact number or way to contact anyone to request a replacement.  The retailer said I had to replace through HP since the package is opened.
