I just installed a new Magenta 951 ink cartridge. I troubleshooted via online recommendations. It is the cartridge that is having the error per HP SMART. I have updated firmware etc. I have reset; and restored factory defaults. I have attempted to call HP Tech via phone number [edited]. "They don't recognize me. So they recommend via automated voice the virtual assistant." I have purchased my HP cartridge via HP.com. I cannot get a person to give me a replacement. HELP!
