I just installed a new toner cartridge (blue) and upon installation the printer made a grinding sound. I printed a document and the page came out entirely blue. I know it is not the printer, because I inserted the old toner and it worked fine. I have been looking everywhere to find someone to connect with for a replacement for this defective toner. Please help!

Thank you Irwin6 for your assistance. Please see answers to questions below.
- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).
--HP Laser Jet Pro 200 ink Color MPF m726mw
--Toner--HP Laserjet 131A
- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit when you install the ink toner. --No error messages
- May I know which application are you using to print?--Online Scheduling
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?--Windows PC
Note: I just changed out all of the color toners. Once they were installed the printer was making a grinding/Groaning sound. I printed multiple documents (see example attached). This paper was White and still should be white. I removed the blue toner and put the old toner cartridge back in and tried to print again and everything worked as normal.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.
Thank you!

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
