Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I no longer need the user and community support accounts I created several days ago as my printer is off warranty and I resolved the print issue I was having. I have requested to have my accounts and data deleted with no resolve even though I have contacted the HP privacy office to do so. I don't understand why we don't have complete control over our accounts, somehow I created 2 accounts 1 is a local account and the other is a microsoft work account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
