Help!!! I have bought this printer for my daughter and she has had used it maybe twice. Hasn’t use printer for 1 year and printer won’t print at all. Bought  and replaced new cartridges and still won’t print. 

Things I did:

- Turned off printer. Unplugged. Removed cartridges, wiped it clean and installed cartridges back into place.

It’s a Bluetooth printer. I was trying to print from my phone device. I also tried to print through Bluetooth from a surface laptop and it does not print as well. Is there any solutions to this process?

Which phone is this? And are you able to copy from the Printer?

From an iPhone 11. No. It would send print from the device but when it does the print, there’s no ink on the paper. Tried it multiple times and it does the same so I gave up.
