DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775

Hello, everyone. 

 

 

I am using DeskJet Ink Advantage 3775, and I just used up my black ink. The empty cartridge says I need HP 652. However, it's not available here in the Philippines, or I may have just not been luck enough to find one. So, I checked online, and found out that HP 680 is compatible to my printer model. So, I purchased HP 680, and I checked the package, and it says it's compatible indeed. But, I have been testing it for almost two hours and nothing is happening -- it seems like it's not compatible. 😞

 

Can someone please help me? I did not move from another location. I am just using a new computer set, but still the same place. Please help, and thanks in advance.

Did you buy the printer in the Philippines?

Yes, this model printer uses HP 680 ink cartridges in this region. HP 652 ink cartridges is used in Europe or Middle East region.

 

Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the ink cartridge. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
