Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

All my ios devises have black and white or color options except my iphone.  There presets only has black and white or black and white draft. The iphone was used to originally set up airprinter

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App on your iPhone and see if that helps.
