Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just purchased the HP Deskject 3755 the other day and put the ink cartridges that came with the printer in.   After testing it for a day and liking the print quality,  I tried to changed the ink cartridges and the holder does not come to the middle to change them out when I open the front panel.   Any clues on how to change ink?  Or do I have to buy a new one each time I run out of ink?

I would like to help

 

Please try these steps

 

- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet or power strip.

- Wait at least 60 seconds.

- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet.

- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

- The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.

- Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

 

If needed try moving the ink carriage manually to unblock it and let me know if it moves back in position
