I replaced my old 704 Tri-Color cartridge recently with a new one purchased on Amazon. I installed it on the printer as usual. Since then, each time I have tried to print, the printer has spewed out a bad-quality print-out for the 1st page followed by an error message (see below). Once I switch off/remove the Tricolor cartridge, put it back in again, and fire another print-out the same thing repeats - 1 page is printed with terrible quality and then the error message pops up again. I have had this printer for 18 years and this is the first time I am facing any problem with it. Is this issue pointing to a poor-quality cartridge?
