My issue is still there, as I wrote earlier I tried re-installing the firmware which did not help.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.

I am not allowed to contact support it seems as the guarantee has run out, and there is no third party service center either where I live or even in the city. I will never buy HP Printers again and warn others strongly from doing so. This printer has had issues in the past as well, and it was very expensive (I paid extra to get quality and hassle-free printing for my business).
